These Reseller & Dropshipping Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Sissy’s Pets Place (“Sissy’s Pets Place”, “we”, “us” or “our”) and the participating reseller or dropshipping partner (“Reseller”, “you” or “your”).
By registering for, using, or participating in the Sissy’s Pets Place Reseller & Dropshipping Program, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
1. The Reseller Program
Sissy’s Pets Place offers selected businesses and entrepreneurs the opportunity to sell products from Sissy’s Pets Place through their own online store, website, marketplace or other approved sales channel.
Depending on the agreed arrangement, Sissy’s Pets Place may fulfil orders directly to the Reseller’s customers on a dropshipping basis.
The Reseller purchases products from Sissy’s Pets Place and independently sells them to their own customers.
The Reseller is responsible for operating their own business and maintaining their relationship with their customers.
2. Eligibility
To participate in the Reseller Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age required to enter into a business agreement in your country.
- Provide accurate and complete business and contact information.
- Operate a legitimate business or approved online sales channel.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Obtain any licences, registrations or permits required for your business.
Sissy’s Pets Place reserves the right to approve or reject any reseller application.
3. Independent Business Relationship
The Reseller operates as an independent business and is not an employee, agent, franchisee, partner or legal representative of Sissy’s Pets Place.
The Reseller is solely responsible for:
- Their own business operations.
- Their website or sales channels.
- Pricing offered to customers.
- Marketing and advertising.
- Customer service.
- Taxes and accounting.
- Compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Reseller may not make commitments or representations on behalf of Sissy’s Pets Place.
4. Product Information and Availability
Sissy’s Pets Place will provide product information, images, specifications and pricing where available.
Product availability, wholesale prices, recommended retail prices and other commercial conditions may change from time to time.
Sissy’s Pets Place does not guarantee that every product will remain permanently available.
The Reseller is responsible for ensuring that product information displayed on their own sales channels remains accurate.
5. Wholesale Pricing and Reseller Margin
The Reseller will purchase products at the wholesale or reseller prices agreed with Sissy’s Pets Place.
The Reseller may determine their own retail selling price unless specific minimum advertised pricing or other pricing conditions have been agreed in writing.
Sissy’s Pets Place may change wholesale prices by providing reasonable notice.
The Reseller is responsible for ensuring that their selling prices comply with applicable competition and pricing laws.
6. Dropshipping Fulfilment
Where dropshipping is available, Sissy’s Pets Place may ship products directly to the Reseller’s customer.
The Reseller must provide accurate order and delivery information.
Sissy’s Pets Place will use reasonable efforts to process and dispatch accepted orders within the applicable fulfilment timeframe.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, stock availability, carrier performance, customs procedures and other circumstances outside our control.
Sissy’s Pets Place does not guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Orders
Orders must be submitted through the approved ordering system, platform or process specified by Sissy’s Pets Place.
Sissy’s Pets Place reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- Products are unavailable.
- Payment has not been received.
- Incorrect or incomplete information has been provided.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
- The order violates these Terms or another agreement between the parties.
The Reseller is responsible for ensuring that all customer information supplied with an order is correct.
8. Customer Relationship
The Reseller is the direct seller to their customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The Reseller is responsible for providing their customers with appropriate customer service, including communication regarding:
- Orders.
- Delivery.
- Returns.
- Refunds.
- Complaints.
- Product questions.
Sissy’s Pets Place may assist the Reseller where appropriate, but this does not transfer the Reseller's customer-service responsibilities to Sissy’s Pets Place.
9. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Rights
The Reseller is responsible for complying with all applicable consumer-protection and distance-selling laws in the markets where they sell.
Where a customer has a legal right to return a product or request a refund, the Reseller must handle the matter in accordance with applicable law and the agreed Sissy’s Pets Place returns procedure.
Products returned to Sissy’s Pets Place must comply with the applicable return conditions.
Certain products may be excluded from return where permitted by law, including products that cannot reasonably be returned for hygiene or health-protection reasons after being opened or used.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict mandatory consumer rights.
10. Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Orders
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete order, the Reseller should contact Sissy’s Pets Place as soon as reasonably possible.
Sissy’s Pets Place may request photographs, order information or other evidence to investigate the issue.
Where Sissy’s Pets Place is responsible for the error or damage, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law and the agreed reseller terms, provide a replacement, refund or other appropriate solution.
11. Shipping Costs and Taxes
Shipping costs, import duties, VAT, sales taxes and other charges will be handled according to the commercial arrangement agreed between Sissy’s Pets Place and the Reseller.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Reseller remains responsible for understanding and meeting the tax and customs obligations applicable to their business and customers.
The Reseller must not represent that taxes, duties or delivery charges are included when they are not.
12. Marketing and Branding
Sissy’s Pets Place may provide product images, descriptions, logos and other marketing materials.
The Reseller may use approved materials solely for promoting and selling Sissy’s Pets Place products.
The Reseller must not:
- Misrepresent themselves as Sissy’s Pets Place.
- Register a domain name or social media account that could be confused with Sissy’s Pets Place.
- Alter trademarks or logos without permission.
- Make false or misleading claims about products.
- Use Sissy’s Pets Place branding for unrelated products or services.
Sissy’s Pets Place may request the removal or correction of any marketing material that does not comply with our brand guidelines or these Terms.
13. Sales Channels
The Reseller must disclose all significant sales channels used to sell Sissy’s Pets Place products when requested.
Sissy’s Pets Place may prohibit sales through specific marketplaces, websites, countries or channels where necessary for legal, commercial, brand or operational reasons.
The Reseller may not sell products through illegal, deceptive or fraudulent channels.
14. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited:
- Fraudulent orders or transactions.
- Fake reviews or testimonials.
- Misleading advertising.
- Unauthorised use of Sissy’s Pets Place branding.
- Sale of counterfeit or modified products represented as Sissy’s Pets Place products.
- Spam or unlawful marketing.
- Artificial traffic or fraudulent sales generation.
- Any activity that could reasonably damage the reputation of Sissy’s Pets Place.
- Selling products in markets where such sale would violate applicable laws or regulations.
15. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, product images, product descriptions, website content and other intellectual property belonging to Sissy’s Pets Place remain the property of Sissy’s Pets Place or the relevant rights holder.
Participation in the Reseller Program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property to the Reseller.
The Reseller receives only a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use approved materials for the purpose of selling authorised Sissy’s Pets Place products.
16. Confidential Information
Commercial information provided to the Reseller, including wholesale pricing, special discounts, business agreements, supplier information and other non-public information, must be treated as confidential unless Sissy’s Pets Place has authorised its disclosure.
The Reseller must not share confidential commercial information with third parties without permission.
17. Payments
All orders must be paid according to the payment terms agreed between Sissy’s Pets Place and the Reseller.
Sissy’s Pets Place may suspend order processing where invoices are overdue or payment conditions have not been met.
Any credit terms are subject to separate approval and may be withdrawn at any time where permitted by the agreement.
18. Account Suspension and Termination
Sissy’s Pets Place may suspend or terminate a Reseller account if the Reseller:
- Breaches these Terms.
- Fails to pay outstanding amounts.
- Engages in fraudulent or misleading activities.
- Misuses Sissy’s Pets Place intellectual property.
- Causes significant reputational or commercial harm.
- Violates applicable laws or regulations.
Following termination, the Reseller must stop presenting themselves as an authorised Sissy’s Pets Place Reseller and must stop using Sissy’s Pets Place marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.
Outstanding legitimate financial obligations remain payable after termination.
19. Product Changes and Discontinuation
Sissy’s Pets Place may modify, replace or discontinue products at any time.
Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice of significant product changes affecting active reseller arrangements.
We are not responsible for losses arising solely from the discontinuation or modification of a product, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
20. No Guarantee of Sales
Participation in the Reseller Program does not guarantee any minimum level of sales, revenue, profit or customer demand.
The Reseller is solely responsible for their own commercial decisions and business performance.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sissy’s Pets Place will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from participation in the Reseller Program.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Force Majeure
Sissy’s Pets Place will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, strikes, government measures, internet or system failures, supplier disruptions, pandemics or other force majeure events.
23. Changes to These Terms
Sissy’s Pets Place may update these Terms from time to time.
Material changes may be communicated through the website, reseller platform, email or another appropriate communication channel.
Continued participation in the Reseller Program after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
24. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to Sissy’s Pets Place, unless mandatory laws applicable to the Reseller or their customers provide otherwise.
The parties should first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith communication before commencing formal proceedings.
25. Acceptance
By applying for or participating in the Sissy’s Pets Place Reseller & Dropshipping Program, the Reseller confirms that they:
- Have read and understood these Terms.
- Agree to comply with these Terms.
- Operate independently from Sissy’s Pets Place.
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Will represent and sell Sissy’s Pets Place products honestly and responsibly.

These Terms provide a general commercial framework and should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before being adopted as a binding agreement, particularly regarding consumer rights, VAT/sales tax, product liability, dropshipping obligations and the governing law applicable to the countries in which Sissy’s Pets Place and its Resellers operate.
